Quality Policy Statement

 

The aim of the company is to ensure that every client receives a service that encourages them to return to us with future business and to recommend us to others.

This can only be achieved with the commitment and participation of all staff in the following:

 

•        The establishment and maintenance of an effectively managed Quality System developed in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

•        Actively promoting the company’s Service Quality culture at all levels within the organisation.   In doing so, our clients will always experience a helpful, friendly and professional attitude from everyone in the company.

•        Endeavouring to deliver all projects on time and defect free.

•        Listening to our clients, understanding and solving their needs and problems.

•        Continually looking to improve our Quality Objectives through client feedback and the use of an effective Management System.

•        Every member of staff has the right to expect excellent service from his or her colleagues every time.

•        Every member of staff has an obligation to produce work of a high calibre for those who are dependent on them.

•        Developing good business relationships with Sub-contractors and Suppliers to ensure that our own high standards are recognised

•        Maintaining our level of Quality Excellence, and continuously seeking to improve.

•        Promoting of staff to develop and strengthen skills and experience.

•        Being helpful wherever possible.

•        Ensure our Quality Policy is available to all persons working for or on behalf of the organisation and promoted through our website, intranet and marketing literature.

 

On an annual basis we will review this Policy and ensure it is still applicable to our business.
